Who did dress whom?

It's just held in New York the Met Ball (or Met Gala) that celebrates the opening of the annual fashion exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum, whose theme this year is "Punk: Chaos to Couture"
Anne Wintour, as editor-in-chief of Vogue that organizes the event, had the task of drawing up the guest list.
Like any respectful event a lot of stars are expected on the rep carpet, ready to be judged for the dress they chose and make the viewers wondering "Who did dress whom?"
